Top 10 QLED TVs Coming Soon

Daniel Wellington

QLED is a phrase you’re going to be hearing a lot more of in the coming years as this new technology takes the TV market by storm. We’ve all no doubt heard of HD and LCD before, but what exactly is QLED and how is it different?

It stands for Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode and is a type of nanotechnology pioneered by Samsung. It gives the TV enhanced color and contrast, allowing each one to display the glorious 4K HD as a minimum. It’s essentially the next level in quality screen images, and we’ve hunted down the 10 best options out now and coming soon.

Number 1: Samsung QN32Q50RAFXZA Flat 32" QLED 4K 32Q50 Series Smart TV

While this TV isn’t going to be winning any prizes for the catchiest name, the QLED 4K 32Q50 series is one of our top choices simply because you’ll be hard-pressed to find 4K images at a cheaper price. You’ll find three HDMI ports, Smart TV options, and Amazon Alexa functionality, all at an incredibly affordable price tag. The 32-inch screen makes this a lightweight and portable option too.

Number 2: Hisense 55-Inch Class H8 Quantum Series

The Hisense 55-inch Class H8 Quantum Series is one of just a handful of competitors to Samsung, but it’s definitely a worthy one. This Smart TV comes with wireless connectivity, Bluetooth, and different modes for different viewing experiences. What’s more, you’ll be able to control your settings via voice command, making this a truly next-generation bit of kit.

Number 3: TCL 65" Class 6-Series 4K UHD QLED

For those with enough space, we recommend getting your hands on the 65” beast that is the TCL Class 6-Series 4K UHD QLED. Alongside the 4K image, you’ll find additional LED backlighting that’s designed to produce incredibly deep and rich colors, as well as an auto-game mode that kicks in whenever you fire up the latest game consoles. Impressively, the set is edge-to-edge glass and almost completely borderless, giving it a very modern look and feel.

Number 4: Samsung 65" LST7 QLED Terrace 4K UHD Smart TV

The Samsung 65” LST7 QLED Terrace 4K makes an interesting addition to the list because it’s designed to operate with a perfect picture in any lighting, even on outdoor terraces. It’s been optimized to deliver clear sound quality, is weather resistant, can handle extreme temperatures, and may just be the most durable TV coming in 2021. If you’re not planning on buying a patch and opening your own sports bar, it still comes recommended for the average family home and is an ideal option if you get a lot of light in your entertainment room.

Number 5: Samsung 65-inch Class QLED Q60T Series With T450 Soundbar

The Samsung 65-inch Class QLED Q60T Series promises a staggering 1 billion shades of color that are about as true to real life as you can get. If this wasn’t good enough to warrant a purchase, the quantum HDR feature expands this color set even more, far beyond the capabilities of any other HD TV. The additional T450 soundbar offers rich, powerful bass and immersive surround sound.

Number 6: Samsung 75-inch Class QLED Q90T Series - 4K UHD Smart TV

The Samsung 75-inch Class QLED Q90T Series is an absolute beast of a set. Bigger, better, beefier (and obviously more expensive) than its smaller Q60T cousin, this TV is the pinnacle of HD viewing. It’s designed to reduce glare, comes with up-firing rear speakers, a Dolby Atmos surround box and built-in smart functions with Alexa.

Number 7: TCL 55" 6-Series 4K UHD Dolby Vision HDR QLED ROKU

One of the few manufacturers outside of Samsung to make QLED sets, the TCL 55” 6-Series 4K is a solid entry to the list. It stands out for its customization options, having settings to cover all kinds of console and sound options. We particularly like the THX gaming mode that gives a real sense of atmosphere.

Number 8: Samsung 65-inch Class QLED Q800T Series - Real 8K

If you’re looking for the ultimate in picture quality, then you might have just found it with the Samsung 65-inch Class QLED Q800T Series in 8K. The AI upscaling scans any media that’s connected and instantly converts the image into crisp 8K in what’s reportedly 16 times clearer than the nearest competitor HD screen. It’s fully voice controlled and has an Alexa plug-in option too. Watch out for a new run of these in 2021.

Number 9: Vizio M-Series Quantum 50” Class

Vizio is a relatively new entrant to the quantum dot market and is carving out a niche for itself at the budget end. This Vizio M-Series Quantum 50” Class has a powerful full array backlight and claims the same 1 billion color shades as Samsung but at only a fraction of the price.

Number 10: Vizio P-Series 75" Quantum 4K HDR Smart TV

In many ways similar to its smaller brother, the M-Series, the Vizio P-Series Quantum 4K HDR takes things to another level in terms of both size and quality. With 240 local dimming zones, 1,200 nits of brightness, more than 8 million pixels, and stunning color depth, it makes a great alternative to some of the more expensive Samsung options.
